Terms and Conditions 1) Order Processing Orders will be processed once full payment is received and confirmed. 2) Cancellation and Refund Policy All floral products are custom-made and perishable. As such, orders are non-cancellable, and all sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, including deposits and full payments. However, we will comply with refund or exchange obligations as required under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance and other applicable Hong Kong consumer protection laws. 3) Order Changes To request any changes to your order, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery date. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. 4) Delivery Date Postponement If you need to postpone the delivery, please inform us at least 7 days in advance. Each order may be postponed once only, and the new delivery date must fall within 3 months of the original date. 5) Delivery Service Our delivery service includes one (1) delivery attempt only. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address, or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges will apply. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them at the front door, reception, or building management office at our discretion. 6) Refusal of Delivery We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible for our delivery staff. 7) Suspension Due to Weather In case of adverse weather (e.g. Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning), delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes. 8) Flower Availability and Substitution Due to seasonal or supply variations, not all flowers or designs in our catalogue may be available at all times. In such cases, we may substitute with flowers of similar style and of equal or greater value without prior notice. 9) Natural Variations All floral arrangements are handcrafted using natural products. As such, colors, sizes, and shapes may vary slightly from the photo references shown online. We will make every effort to stay true to the intended design and color scheme. 10) Personal Data Protection We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). By placing an order, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of your data for the purposes of order fulfillment, customer service, and service improvement. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 11) Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or third-party service disruptions. 12) Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. 13) Acceptance of Terms By placing an order on our website or through any of our sales channels, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 條款與細則 1）訂單處理 訂單將於確認收到全數付款後處理。 2）取消及退款政策 所有花藝產品均為專屬訂製及易腐壞商品，因此一經下單，不設取消、退貨或退款，訂金及全額付款亦不設退還。 我們將遵從《商品說明條例》及其他香港適用消費者保障法律所規定的退款或換貨責任。 3）訂單更改 如需更改訂單，請至少於原定送貨日期前7天通知我們。我們會盡力配合，但不保證所有更改能被接受或處理。 4）延遲送貨日期 如需延遲送貨，請於原定送貨日前至少7天通知我們。每張訂單只可延期一次，且新的送貨日期必須於原定日期後3個月內完成。 5）送貨服務 每張訂單只提供一次送貨。如因提供地址錯誤或收件人無法接收而導致送貨失敗，需額外收取重新送貨費用。 如無人接收，送貨員有權將鮮花放置於門前、大堂或管理處代收。 6）拒絕送貨 我們保留拒絕前往危險或不適合送貨地點的權利，以保障送貨人員安全。 7）天氣因素暫停送貨 如遇惡劣天氣（例如八號風球或黑色暴雨警告），送貨服務將會暫停並安排另行送貨，我們會盡快通知您有關更改。 8）花材供應及替代 由於季節性及供應差異，部分花材或花藝設計可能暫時缺貨。 我們有權以風格相近、價值相等或更高的花材作出替代，恕不另行通知。 9）天然花材差異 所有花藝作品均由天然花材製作，實物顏色、大小及形狀可能與網上圖片略有差異。 我們會盡力保留原設計之風格及色調。 10）個人資料保障 我們根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》（第486章）收集及處理您的個人資料。 當您下單，即表示同意我們為處理訂單、客戶服務及改善服務用途而收集、使用及儲存您的資料。 詳情請參閱我們的 私隱政策。 11）責任限制 如因不可預見之情況（如惡劣天氣、交通封閉或第三方配送問題）導致送貨延誤或未能完成，我們概不負責。 12）法律適用與司法管轄 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律管轄。如有任何爭議，雙方同意提交香港法院專屬司法管轄。 13）接受條款 當您在本網站或任何銷售渠道下單，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意遵守以上條款與細則。
